Palm Pilot Crisis?
I have a palm pilot it's Palm Z22. I've had it for a week and today I was HotSync with my laptop and I set it aside for a moment and when I went back to it the screen was black. the first thing I did was touch the screen (thinking it fell asleep) nothing happened. Then I pushed the on/off button several times and nothing. It's now sitting on the charger (thinking it may be dead) but the screen has not came on. There is no sign that it is working. I have unplugged it from my PC and now I don't know what to do. Has any one ever had this problem? Please help it has all my contacts. I don't wanna buy another one ($100). I threw the receipt out.
Chaquita...try this In the back of your Palm there is a little hole ---this is the reset button. With your stylus tip (unscrew the top of the stylus to reveal this tip), press the reset button and voila...your Palm should come back to life.
