What is the best highlight color for my dark brown hair?
I have dark golden skin and dark brown eyes. My hair is dark brown, and I have blunt bangs. I don't know what highlight color would be best for my hair. I also would like to know what the best brand is for semi permanent highlights, in case I decide to do it myself. If anyone has pictures, post the link. THANK YOU

I always found a natural red to go nicely with dark brown hair; it has a real warm feel to it in my opinion. A few of my friends had it and it looks brilliant.
I don't know any good sem permanent highlights I could suggest though. 
I never use it, so I don't want to suggest something I've never tried. Good luck!
